When you start a Pro trial your card is required upfront but you will not be charged anything for 7 days. You get full access to every Pro feature during that time. If you cancel before day 8 you will never be charged. If you do nothing your card is charged $24.99 and your Pro subscription continues.
If you cancel during the trial you drop to the free plan which includes up to 3 ceremonies, intake forms, and the basic script builder. If you do not cancel you become an active Pro subscriber at $24.99 per month.
CeremonyDesk uses Stripe Connect so couples can pay you directly online. You connect your own Stripe account in Settings and couples pay deposits and balances through the invoice link. The money goes straight into your Stripe account — CeremonyDesk never touches your payments. Prefer Venmo, Zelle, or cash? No problem. You can add your payment instructions directly in the invoice notes field and they will appear on the invoice your couple receives.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section in Settings. There are no cancellation fees or long term commitments.
Starter gives you up to 20 ceremonies per month, AI script generation, contract e-signing, and invoicing at $9.99/month. Pro gives you unlimited ceremonies plus the full automation engine, installment payments, mileage calculator, custom intake fields, and review automation at $24.99/month. Both plans have a free version to start with.
No. Couples receive links for their intake form, contract signing, and invoice payment. They complete everything without ever creating an account or logging in.
